Comprehensive Nursing
We provide a comprehensive spectrum of rehabilitative care, and clinical and psychiatric services to provide quality post-acute rehabilitation to our residents. Our long-standing staff provides excellent care. This allows our staff to get to know our patients, provide stable care, and feel like a family atmosphere.
Long-term Care
When you’re here, your family. We truly get to know each resident and provide the level of care expected of a caring and quality facility. Residents will be involved in therapy as prescribed by their physician as well as immersed in daily activities to stimulate their social and emotional well-being. We want our residents to live in a comfortable, home-like environment while receiving therapies and clinical care from our compassionate staff.
Diabetes Management
Our experienced nurses provide help with all aspects of managing diabetes including blood glucose monitoring, insulin administration and tracking, exercise planning, menu planning, education, and more.
Dietary Program
Our dietary program is designed to meet the dietary and physician-ordered needs of each resident in our care. To ensure that each resident is receiving the proper nutritional needs we offer meals to meet specific dietary and therapeutic needs, according to physician orders, oral supplemental, as prescribed by each physician, and regular nutritional assessments from our registered dietitian.
Activities
A positive and uplifting atmosphere can set the tone for a resident’s stay. Here at All American Village, each resident is given a calendar to keep them informed of upcoming events such as birthday parties, movies, musical programs, outings, and other special events. We want our residents to stay as social and active as they can be.
Social Services
Our social services team assists both residents and their families during transitional periods. We also provide essential information, manage requests and concerns, help in care planning, and manage discharge planning for each resident.
Rehabilitation

Our rehabilitation program focuses on the mental and physical aspects of each resident to develop a comprehensive rehabilitation plan. Our team works on improving physical strength, performing activities of daily living, and managing any mental health needs 7 days a week. Psychiatric Care
All American Village offers unique programming for individuals with behavioral needs. Whether it be short-term rehabilitation, medication management, or community reintegration, we offer a full range of services to fit each individual’s short and long-term needs. We offer a Wellness Program that provides a financial incentive for each resident who works his/her program successfully, on a monthly basis, which makes us different than other programs in our area.
